To hire Segwitnitwit for sales/listing bot development and sustainment

This is a proposal to assign Segwitnitwit as our official sales/listing bot dev.

As you may know already, the current bots we have now are not in their best shape and do not represent all the bgan activities happening on multiple marketplaces. They do not cover all sales, listings and swaps from all sources and are often malfunctioning due to changes implemented in the source. A continuous update and upkeep to the code is integral so that the bot runs smoothly. While this an essential position that should've been filled earlier, we currently do not have a dev willing to be "on call" for us. Lately, Seg has been working on the code and has successfully deployed a powerful and working bot! Few things are still being implemented for it to be perfect. As a compensation, I propose an initial sum of 0.5eth for the design of the code and a recurring monthly sum of 0.15eth for follow-up and sustainment.
