This is a follow up proposal after submitting my first article at bganlawyer.substack.com (links to the proposal and article are below).

My proposal is to write two further articles, on the topic of copyright. The first article would explore whether Bgans enjoy copyright protection (and will touch upon the wider issue of whether generative art enjoys copyright protection or not). The second article will explore the relationship between Bgans and Cryptopunks through the lens of copyright – focussing a lot more on the originality of Bgans.

I am proposing to write two articles as the focus of both articles, whilst being copyright, will be very different. Also, both articles will highlight and celebrate different values of Bgans.

Regarding payment, I would ask for £550 (GBP) per article. I would anticipate having the first article posted within 7 days and the second article 14 days thereafter. I am hopeful I can get them done much sooner and if I am able to, I will of course publish sooner.
