Update #7968 to an ear trait: Gold Earring

Bastard # 7968 currently has a NUTTIN' ear trait.

Here is the classification criteria taken from the BGAN V2 trait constitution section 1.7:

1.7.1 [GOLD EARRING]

1. A yellowish gold pixel at the bottom of the BGAN ear, in the same column as the most alien earlobes, but two pixels lower.
2. A black earring outline is not required.

7968 appears to meet this criteria. With an off-yellow-ish Gold Earring sitting in the pixel of most right facing large type ears.
