Update bot subscription to premium - sales/listing/twitter bot

We are currently using the free version of 2.5 Intelligence's NFT Sales & Listing bot, to show sales/listings in the discord.

It being free has it's limitations. They only allow us to "track" two things. Currently we are tracking, 1 the listings of v2 bgans, and 2 the sales of v2 bgans.

They do have a premium version, that is $300/yr or $50/mo. (They also accept crypto) This premium version removes the limitation of the number of things we can track. i.e. we can track the sales/listings of as many of berks collections as we'd like! (v1 bgans, glicpixx, etc)

The premium version also gives us access to their twitter bot, which will allow us to have the sales posted to twitter as we had previously.

Of course these bots are not infallible....

As im sure some of you have noticed we currently aren't blocking repeat listers. (ie bots that list the same bgan, for the same price, every hour.)

Also it does not track NFTX activity. So again.. not ideal. But they do a lot of things right.

Anyway, my proposal is we pay month by month for a few months (say 3?) and see how we like it. Therefore im requesting $150 of the daos funds to pay for this.
