Proposal to reset the DAO's max floor authorization to sweep bastards to 0.35 ETH/bastard

Dear Bastards, We voted to commit 10 ETH from the DAO's treasury to sweep floor bastards with a maximum price of 0.15 ETH/bastard. So far the DAO has spent 3 ETH from the originally allocated sum. (see proposal: https://snapshot.org/#/bgansv2.eth/proposal/0x6d24fd7aa41ae2bb265a944a3de94c6a87996829f173d89867f37b999f704799) In order to continue sweeping with the rest of the funds (7 ETH) now that the collection's floor is rising, I propose: -We reset the DAO's max floor authorization from 0.15 to 0.35 ETH per bastard. If the proposal passes, it will unlock the 7 ETH for the DAO to resume sweeping. Wassoshi
