Proposal to update background of #2825 from Solid, to Glitchy: Verticals

In the background of this BGAN there are 6-8 vertical columns, with a slight dark to light transition within them. These are mostly 3 pixels wide, although column 3 and 4 from the left almost seem to merge.

(Perhaps this could be considered the higher ranked Gradient type, however I think it lacks an obvious macro transition, and there is a clearer line down the center)

I think this background best matches the description of 'Verticals' from the Trait Constitution:

2. Vertical stripes only with varying widths.
