Rosco built and maintained allbastards for the community. I've argued in the past that it's important for the DAO to show appreciation for these kinds of efforts from the community so I'm proposing the DAO send Rosco 1.5 ETH for his past work on allbastards.

This payment does not bind Rosco to any future maintenance of the site.
