To Pay the Multisig Signers Monthly

The Signers are performing a service to the DAO, and should be paid. We’ve experienced inactivity in the past and to a lesser extent we still see it today. By paying the signers for their time and coordination efforts, it creates an incentive for them to provide the services required of them, to continue building and shipping products which enable DAO growth. This also creates an incentive for DAO members to hold the Signers accountable for their duties.

The Signers will receive 0.1E & 10K $BASTARD at the beginning of each month starting the month following this proposal’s end.

The Signers will also elect a member amongst themselves to take on the additional responsibilities of accounting, tracking, and initiating scheduled payments and other transactions. This person will receive an additional 0.1E & 10K $BASTARD per month.

This is 1E & 100K $BASTARD paid out monthly. Considering the DAO’s revenue from trading volume, this rate is very sustainable. The DAO also owns about 10% of the $BASTARD supply, and this is a good start for achieving activity and distributing the token.

Please note: this proposal has been shelved for nearly a month now due to the void and replacement of signers. I realize the timing is kind of poor, but I also believe none of the recent signer candidates knew about this proposal when they volunteered for the position.
