Update bot subscription to premium - PAY IN FULL

Hey this is the same as my other proposal (here:https://snapshot.org/#/bgansv2.eth/proposal/0x552ac8c14f340f461a6845e70e1bf9a9fee07cca834c8a1574fcfd4b3a86a0d1)

Only difference being we will be paying for the full year at once. which equates to $300.

Again this will be for sales/listing bots as well as a twitter posting bot.
