Buy land in the Worldwide Webb

We are working towards integrating the Bastards pfp's into the Worldwide Webb metaverse. This proposal is to secure land/space in this metaverse for the Bastard community. It would be owned/purchased by the DAO and meant for community use.

Given how little I know about the value of one parcel versus another, this is a vote to decide:

1. If we want to buy any space at all
2. If so, how big do we want to go.

On the passing of this proposal, a channel in the discord shall be created, with a pinned message noting how much has been authorized to be spent per this proposal. In this channel the actual parcel to be purchased shall be discussed. If feasible, this should be a closed channel open only to verified bastard holding bastards so that our purchase cannot be fruntrun by Worldwide Webb land owners.

For the first 48 hours after channel creation, bastards can suggest spaces to purchase, and discuss their merits. To suggest a space, you most note the list price, the space, and a brief explanation of why you are suggesting this particular space.

E.g.

"Small Apartment #9999 - 1.25 Eth - It's the cheapest thing we can buy" or "Large apartment #888 - 4 eth - It's next to a brothel and I like brothels" etc.

These submissions will be collected into a single post after 48 hours, and each one will be assigned a unique emoji for emoji voting. The space with the most votes will be purchased.
