[TRAITS] UNLOCK CALM AF 1.1 TYPES

This proposal is to unlock the CALM AF 1.1 TYPE metadata trait, enabling type classifications such as Large, Petite, Alien, Ape, Zombie, X bastard, and the hybrids to be changed based on passing proposals that demonstrate classification mistakes. This will also allow for the classifications criteria to be amended with the passing of a proposal. As it currently stands, the trait is locked, so the community cannot challenge TYPE rulings, or amend TYPE criteria.

Reasoning for proposal

I have gathered a list of ~20 individual TYPE mistakes during the last few weeks of review so far and cannot submit valid proposals to fix these mistakes.

After discussing with many community members over recent months, including the team working on the HYPED AF TYPE classifications, the ape-human classification criteria need to be improved. If this proposal to unlock passes, I will follow up with the criteria improvement proposal and the implications of the change, including the IDs that will be changed to ape-human hybrid based on the cleaner definition. This will, of course, have to pass independently.

Again, this proposal is only to unlock the CALM AF 1.1 TYPE metadata trait. This will enable the community to submit proposals to change the type of any ID based on the existing TYPE criteria and submit proposals to amend the current TYPE criteria.
