Allocate ETH to an investment arm

This is a proposal to allocate some of the DAO funds for an “investment arm”.

The only thing I propose we decide with this vote is:

1. To allocate some of our BGAN DAO funds for investment
2. If so, how much to allocate.

My personal view is that if we have liquid ETH being unused, we should explore how this ETH can earn returns for us while we decide other ways to use it. Further, I think that having the DAO generate returns for itself makes BGANS and the BGAN DAO more appealing and interesting.

If this proposal is voted in, and some funds are allocated, we would then need to propose and vote on:

• How to manage the investment arm
• What types of investments we are interested in making, E.g. Long -term low risk, defi, trading, etc
• How we could use this investment arm to generate more engagement overall
• Etc
