For the DAO to sweep the floor and maintain it

This is a proposal to allow the DAO to take advantage of the discounted floor price and increase its stake. This will increase DAOs security and will allow it to incentivize participation and increase marketing output through competition and giveaways. The DAO will sweep the floor so it reaches 0.2eth and will maintain that floor price by multiple approaches such as occasional unannounced sweeps and bidding.

The current DAO fiscal position is: a- 30eth (liquid) b- 85eth in other investments

For the moment sweeping the floor to 0.2 will amount to 7eth (48 bgans). The sweeped bganpunks will be staked to earn more rewards that keep stacking in b-
