Update #6109 from hair trait PEAK SPIKE to PEAK TOP HAT

Currently, BASTARD #6109 is classified as a Peak Spike hair. However, it appears to have both Peak Spike and Top Hat traits, which combines to make the Peak Top trait. The tophat trait is clearly defined by the right half of the hat. No other head traits have pixels in that area.
