Give Berk Honorary Bastard of the Month for January

When I proposed the idea of Bastard of the Month it didn't go live until February, so our calendar has caution tape over January, and I would love to rip that down and put Berk up in there to show him some love.

Also- the plan all along has been to mint a final cleaned up version for each of the winners & DAo etc. and think it would be that much more special for the winners to be up there with the Berk as well.

If proposal passes Berk would be gifted a Bgan from DAO treasury.
