Approve 240k $BASTARD from DAO to incentivize backgroundless selection

I propose that the DAO approve 240,000 $BASTARD tokens to be put up as a reward to incentivize backgroundless image selection through http://bgans.rocks/. There may be some technical things to consider about how we could deploy this reward system, which we can discuss if this proposal passes, but the idea here is to reward roughy 30 $BASTARD per selection that is redeemed which gets us to the next milestone.
