Approval of payment for allbastards marketplace deployment

Rosco and Cmreynol did a bunch of work to get a native marketplace built into the allbastards website. This was tested by the community but never released due to concerns around a lack of commitment to the resource costs of future upkeep.

I propose that the DAO approve 1.5 ETH for payment to Rosco and team upon the deployment of the bastards marketplace to the allbastards site for their work getting the marketplace live. Rosco can pay out whatever portion of that 1.5 ETH to Cmreynol and anyone else who may have helped based on his assessment of the scope of contributions.

Approval of this proposal and payment does not bind Rosco or team to any future maintenance of the allbastards marketplace. If the DAO wishes to hire a dev for future iterations and maintenance then additional proposals need to be passed and funds secured.
