Multi-sig Signer Re-election

This proposal aims to re-elect 2 multi-sig wallet signers to replace Snooplion and Danner after they stepped down. This is a 7 day weighted voting election. Voters may distribute their voting power across multiple candidates. The 2 candidates with the highest number of votes will get the 2 open seats. Upon conclusion of the election, the multi-sig will make the necessary txs to replace the members previously mentioned with the newly elected members, who will get the @signer role in the bastard discord which will also add them to the channel where the multi-sig is managed.
