Purchase Bgans with 5% of the DAO treasury monthly (during Q1 2022)?

For first first three months of 2022*, purchase "floor" bgans with the DAO treasury via smart contract bids @ 65% of "floor" price & "floor" sweeping during the last week of the month. Bot should be placing bids every 24 hours until 5% reached. If 5% isn't reached via bids during the last week of the month the DAO will supplement with purchasing "floor" bgans**. Once 5% hits, no further purchases that month. Any ETH unspent returns to the treasury. Max floor purchase and bot bid/purchase is 0.5 ETH. i.e. in January the DAO sets aside ~4.3 ETH to make purchases, bot places bids and makes purchases until capital is deployed. Any unused ETH would go to "floor" sweeping from 1/24-1/31, excess ETH at the end of the month returns to the treasury.
