For the DAO to CC0 the OS banner

This is a proposal for the DAO to cc0 the OS banner designed by zfryx back in the early days of bgan community genesis (attached)

. The OS banner is iconic and contains curated bganpunks by moonoverlord and others back in the day.

While setting up a wikipedia page, Snar had to provide a cc0'ed cover image. The purpose here is to cc0 that particular image for it to be used for educational and informative purposes aimed at disseminating the collection and increasing its reach.

If this proposal passes it will facilitate the use of this image by the DAO and shield it from legal consequences.
