LOCK TYPES METADATA

This is a proposal to LOCK the TYPES metadata from being modified by the DAO.

If this proposal passes, then trait modifications to the TYPE field will no longer be valid for any submissions that conclude after this proposal becomes official. This state remains true unless a new proposal to unlock the TYPE field passes at some point in the future before all traits have been "finalized" and permanently locked via community vote. (see consitution)

I've scheduled this proposal to run for 21 days, giving a window to the community to review the TYPE classifications as they are and giving them time to pursue cleanup for any errors they find in the case this proposal passes.
