Bastard of the Month

This is a remix of @888MoonCats previous marketing contest proposal and the big box store reward type system, Employee of the Month.

Basically, this is an ON-GOING month to month reward based incentive for community members to put in the time & work for the better of the Bastard Gan Punk V2 project, and get rewarded for it.

At the end of each month the community votes on who put in the most beneficial time and work that pushes the Bastards forward. This can be marketing, branding, coding, killer memes, research and development etc. etc. For example some nominees this month could be Rosco, for delivering the beta V1 Bastard market place, or witrebel for his hard work of building app to remove Bastard backgrounds for World Wide Web 3 integration. The prize would be 1 Bastard Gan Punk v2 from the Bastard treasury.

I also think that it would be SUPER COOL if we had POAP for the Bastard of the Month. But, I will leave this for another proposal from someone who knows more about this than I do.

Up until the last day of the month, everyone will put in their nominations and a description of why they think they should win. You can also vote for yourself. The winner will be voted on by Bastard owners thru Snapshot. 1 Bastard = 1 vote.

Probably would make sense for a new channel called Bastard of the Month where we can keep track of the nominations.

Printer Punk or any other volunteers will create the Snapshot vote within the first few days of the month for a 4 day vote. If proposal goes thru it the first Bastard of the Month will be rewarded for the month of February 2022.
