Money Reward for Bastard holders - marketing activities!

At the moment we as community have only very limited number of published articles about Bastards and Glicpixxxs, there are no videos on Youtube or Tiktok, and Bastards/Glicpixxxs were not yet exhibitioned in any irl museum or gallery, afaik.

To change that, one can certainly hire some marketing agencies, pay them, and have that done. The disadvantage of this approach is that in order to do that effectively, we need to have assigned person who will speak with and actually hire those agencies (this might be CEO, if established).

But we do not have CEO yet, and also, why to use DAO money to pay ome outside marketing agencies, when we can pay directly to ourselves? :)

So I propose following for time being:

1. During the rest of month of January 2022, starting NOW, I invite every community member to do independently some great marketing activity for Bastards and/or Glicpixxxs! Some examples: you can write and publish article on decrypt.co, or arrange for that. You can create a wikipedia article about Bastards (we still do not have that, would you believe?). You can make a short video, and put it to Youtube. You can make a video with cooperation of some TikTok influencer. You can write article to your local newspaper in Texas. You can make exhibition of Glicpixxxs in your local school in India. Or you can get Bastards to CNN live. You can contact Sotheby's and persuade them to include Bastards to next exhibition. Whatever you like to do and whatever you can do, as a person, individually.

2. You must use your own money for this activity (so you can not create Proposal to create Youtube video, get money for it from DAO, and then have it posted). You can actually create such Proposal, lol, but it will not count for this competition. So you must use only our own resources for this.

3. On January 31st, you will submit your activity on Discord in special section "January Marketing" which mods will create for this purpose. This submission will contain brief explanation what was done by you to help to promote Bastards or Glicpixxxs, and links to relevant sources (like link to video you created or link to article about Bastards you wrote, etc,etc). Basically anything you want to submitt, just to document what have you done. You can also write a brief description of your activity, if links are not available, but you still think it was a good marketing for Bastards or Glicpixxxs. You can submitt any activity you like, if you think it has at least distant connection with marketing, but only 1 activity per person. If you did 2 or more great activities, chooose only the best one.

4. To participate in this competition, you need to hold at least 1 Bastard, or at least 1 Glicpixxx in your wallet at 31.1.2022. This is only for community members who actually holds our NFTs.

5. Berk will then the choose, as per his free will and his own personal judgement, 3 activities which he thinks helped the community the most, and will assign them 1st, 2nd and 3rd position as per their perceived importance.

REWARDS: 1st position - person who submitted this will get 1 ETH from DAO. 2nd position - person who submitted this will get 0.2 ETH from DAO 3rd position - person who submitted this will get 0.1 ETH from DAO.

If Berk is not available for this task, Signers will choose 1 person who will replace Berk (each of 9 Signers will assign their voice to 1 person, and person with most votes will become judge for this competition and decide as per their free will instead of Berk). Such person can not compete in this competition with their own entry.

I expect that decision making process can take few days, as Berk (or judge if not Berk) will need some time to go via submissions.

Total cost for this marketing, pushed by Bastard/Glicpixxx community members worldwide will be thus 1,3 ETH (around $4000-$5000, based on ETH price).

I was thinking if 1 ETH is not too much, as we need to be very careful with DAO money. But I think it will really motivate community people to do something extraordinary to win the price, and also to help the Bastards, and we can actually get money back if this initiative is succesful.

It is a fact that it is enough to have 1 great marketing shot (be seen in one well published article or in 1 TV show, etc) and our floor price, number of new holders, and total volume can go up very significantly. At the moment our volume is very low (2-3 sales daily of Bastards, while Glicpixxxs have almost 0 momentum), and if this investment of 1.3 ETH (which will anyway end up in pockets of our community members) can increase this volume, it might happen we will get multiples of our investment back to DAO, as DAO is receiving royalties from aftermarket sales. So larger the sales volume, larger amount of money coming back to DAO. And we will definitely need lot of money for our further development.
