Enable $BASTARD as valid currency for BGANV2 markets

This proposal is to enable $BASTARD as a valid currency to make and accept offers on BGANV2s on Opensea and LooksRare. This is a feature that only the BGANV2 contract owner can set through the marketplace, so adding support after a successful vote will require Berk's assistance. At the moment it looks like this is only possible on Opensea, but this vote passing gives us the green light to deploy this on Lookrare in the future if/when they add support.
