Revoking BoTM July 2023 award

Dear All,

The BoTM award in July went to Nubian Goat for writing a couple of articles on bganpunks. Since then, Nubian has rage quit bgans, dumped their holdings in NFTx vault and went on to buy other NFTs. When investigating why, the reason was that they had enough of our community members (I wont name any) and they don't want to be part of us. It seems that a similar strategy has been employed by Nubian in other communities to benefit such as writing articles for them etc... Therefore, and because these actions are anti-"constantly wants to make the world beautiful", I propose we revoke the award and do not put their name on the animated billboard that PrinterPunk is working on. Instead, I suggest we give the award to runner-up @segwitnitwit for their great work on the bastard rgb palette and his recent work "Mash you Bgan", which in my opinion is a great work that should not go unrewarded.
