Update #3547 to FRONT FACING direction trait

Bastard # 3547 currently has a RIGHT FACING direction trait. I propose that it is a FRONT FACING bastard.

Here is the classification criteria taken from the BGAN V2 trait constitution section 1.2:

1.2.1 Front Facing

2+ front-facing features where the feature is not always front-facing. e.g. clown hair, peak spike, mohawk thin, shaved heads do not count towards front-facing. 1 front-facing eye feature where the eye feature is not always front-facing (e.g. horned rimmed glasses). If the BGAN is too blurry to analyze the features, refer to the neck location and symmetry of the head shape. 3547 appears to satisfy at least two of these conditions. • 3D glasses appear to have hinges that can satisfy both left and right facing 3D glass traits. • Medical mask's bottom drawstring appears to have most of the pixels found typically on a front facing medical mask.
