Add GLICPIXXXVER002 to PopRank

The original proposal to get Glicpixxx on poprank has passed but I put the incorrect cost. 0.2 was a limited time promotion that has ended and the actual price is 0.5

If you would like to put glicpixxx on poprank for .5 eth vote yes. This is not a small difference in price so I think another vote would be required for this to be a valid action.
