What: I propose a bastard gan punk giveaway campaign that emphasizes the fact that owners of bgan punks own the rights to their pfp.

Why: CC0 is currently a hot topic on CT and has led to the rise of other projects. Solid chance to spread awareness.

When: As soon as possible

How: One or more bgan(s) will be chosen from the DAO wallet to give to the winner of the contest.
Main twitter account will announce campaign.
