Should BASTARD #9544 be a THICC NECK?

Currently, BASTARD #9544 has the neck trait: nuttin. However, it appears to have the thicc neck trait with 9 pixels across the neck width.

The trait constitution for thicc neck reads : “Necks that are more thicc than traditional necks.”

Traditional necks are 5 pixels wide.

When looking at the collection there are some thicc necks with only 6 pixels wide. Several with 7 pixels wide. The majority are 8 pixels wide and some even wider.

Bastard #9544 has 9 pixels across.
