[TRAIT] IS 713 CIGGIE 'n PIPE

For 713, the CIGGIE is definitely there, so the question is whether or not there is a PIPE in the lower left-hand corner.

Rule 1.5.3 - b says "Any noise in the lower right or left corners can only be a PIPE."

This is not a reference to the black noise on the left side of the face, but more specifically the bottom two rows and three columns on the left side do take the shape of a PIPE outline.

Additionally, coming from the left side of the mouth you can see a PIPE stem that I think secures this interpretation.
