Bastard Gan Punk Social Media Proposal

Hello everyone, my name is Masal (Masal | Princess Hazel), and as many of you know, I've been running the Bastard Twitter account since before the Bastards sold out. About a year ago, Berk asked me to provide professional social media services for Bgans, and with that, I joined the Bastard community.

In real life I have worked in social media management & consulting for almost 7 years, providing services to brands, celebrities, & most recently NFTs. I have been posting for Bastards Twitter every day for almost a full year. Sharing announcements and informative content when there is any development, preparing videos and GIFs when necessary. Organizing giveaways and I do RTs around the clock, except when I'm asleep.

Printer Punk reached out to me a couple of months ago with a new direction for the Bastard Twitter. More community-centric, & less forced curated tweets. Or, as he calls it, “less cringe”. He wanted the Bastard Twitter to be a reflection of who we are as a community. So we started sharing more RT’s of what our community was posting, and try to bring some of the Bastards Discord voice to Twitter, because this is the deepest core of the community. He drops daily gm’s tweets, memes & shit posts for Bgan twitter.

Together, we analyzed the first 9 months of twitter analytics & now have created “cheat sheet “ for best times to tweet and our follower count is starting to rise.

Actually I love teaming up with Printer, he has great vision & direction for Bastards, & strong IRL branding credentials. Together, I think we make a great team.

To conclude:

We love running the Bastard Twitter but it’s a real job & takes up a lot of time, focus, & other opportunities. We believe we bring value to this beautiful project & In order for us to do this professionally, we need to be compensated relative to our time & experience.

We are asking for 1 ETH per month from the DAO treasury to be shared amongst the two of us. (.5 ETh each) to be paid out on the 1st of each month starting March 1st 2022.

In return we will take full accountability for the success of the Bastard twitter. We will always be here to listen to everyone’s feedback, advice, & constructive criticism. We will promise to run the Twitter account as we have, PLUS we will provide thorough monthly twitter reports for the community, as well as a weekly Bastard meme. We have a few other ideas as well but I will save this as a surprise for now. Thank you so much for reading
