Add ATTRIBUTE COUNT trait

Hi all,

I wrote a script to count the number of attributes per BGAN. This does not mean, the number of traits listed on whatever site, this means number of traits that are visually present on the body of each CALM AF BGAN (list below). This is analogous to the attribute count focus of the OG punks https://cryptopunks.app/cryptopunks/attributes (screenshot attached).

The following are considered the BGAN "NOTHING" traits. [TRAIT: VALUE]. And each of these TRAITS with a different VALUE than listed below would be considered to have SOMETHING.

'BAD HABIT(S)': 'EDIBLES???' 'MOUTH': "REGULAR" 'HEAD': 'BALD' 'EAR': "NUTTIN'" 'NOSE': "NUTTIN'" 'NECK': "NUTTIN'" 'FACE': "NUTTIN'" 'EYES': "NUTTIN'"

These trait: value assignments represent the absence of an attribute on the BGAN for that specific trait. My script grabs each non-hype BGAN, and then loops over the metadata and tallies the number of cases where there is an assignment of any value that is not on this "NOTHING" traits list. At the end, we get an attribute count per BGAN that represents how busy each BGAN is with attributes.

As trait improvements are submitted and passed through the DAO, the ATTRIBUTE COUNT trait will be automatically updated when applicable and is not subject to manual updates to the value assigned.

Official constitutional language to add

1.14 ATTRIBUTE COUNT
a. The total number of non-nothing trait values assigned to the BGAN. 
b. The "nothing" traits are BAD HABIT(S) : EDIBLES???, MOUTH: REGULAR, HEAD: BALD, EAR: NUTTIN', NOSE: NUTTIN', NECK: NUTTIN', FACE: NUTTIN', EYES: NUTTIN'.
    i. e.g. If a BGAN has a value assignment for "BAD HABIT(S)" that is not "EDIBLES???", then it gets 1 attribute added.
    ii. Hybrid traits that are combined into a single value (e.g. pipe n' vape) only count as a single attribute. 
   iii. Traits that have multiple values, such as assignments to "FACE," count each entry. e.g. A BGAN with "SIDE BLACK" && "ROSY CHEEKS" would get credit for 2 attributes.
c. The ATTRIBUTE COUNT automatically updates based on other trait proposals passing.
d. No manual updates of the ATTRIBUTE COUNT value are allowed. That's to say that a proposal to change an attribute count of 6 to 7 is invalid. You must pass a trait change proposal for this number to change.
