Should we build a new single-channel floor bot for the BGAN discord?

The previous floor bot is dead for good and the chat is split on whether we want quick access to floor-specific data in the discord.

If we want another floor bot we need to build it and ideally, we'd restrict it to a single channel so it doesn't spam the rest of the chat like the previous bot.
