Multi-sig Signer Election

As a result of proposal ...JDAPBe, 9 signers of the multi-sig wallet are to be elected from the pool of 43 entrants. The top 9 vote receivers on this proposal will be offered signer roles. For any winning vote receiver that does not accept the signer role, the role will be offered to the next highest vote receiver.

This proposal uses the weighted voting strategy so you can spread your voting power across however many candidates you want.
