Bastard 3723 is front-facing based on rule 1.2.1a "2+ front-facing features where the feature is not always front-facing. e.g. clown hair, peak spike, mohawk thin, shaved heads do not count towards front-facing. "

In this case, the argument is that both the hat and the nostrils are front-facing and qualify 3723 for the classification.
