Updating trait for Bastard 1398
Bgan 1398 currently doesn't have the FACE trait 1.8.4 (Vampire sideburns), my proposal is to add that trait that was missed.
What is trait 1.8.4? = Vampire Sideburns: Vampire-style sideburns but only when the BGAN doesn't have vampire's hair.
