Mutant Ape for Bubblegum land

Proposal – Budget up to 15 ETH to purchase a clean floor or near floor Mutant Ape and add to the BGK community wallet

Abstract – With the bear market in full effect, now is the time to make a calculated purchase or two that will add significant value to the community wallet in the long run, thus increasing value to every BGK and BGP holder

Motivation – The purpose behind adding a Mutant to the community wallet is for two high potential outcomes:

1/ Flip it for profit at a later date to fund a higher concentration of community proposals, or

2/ Use the IP rights attached to the Mutant and integrate it into the lore of BGK and Bubblegum land as the focus of a series of merch, games, stories, etc.

Benefits – Can either be used as a source of profit when momentum returns to NFTs or can be a core piece of community story telling through IP utilization

Drawbacks – this is a significant chunk of community wallet funds (roughly 50% depending on floor price at time of purchase). Community wallet has 28 eth available in total
