BGK Custom Seasonal Merch

High Council seeks $1000 from the DAO to commission some upcoming seasonal art that will be available for the community to custom print their own BGK merch. This art would be themed (Halloween, Christmas, New Years) and HC will provide guidelines on how to set up an order.

Due to recent DAO legal guidelines, the HC is not able to set up a storefront such as shopify due to tax and potential legal ramifications, thus we decided paying to provide the art from local artists to the community as a way to still get some high quality custom BGK merch into existence. This also allows the community to choose the quality of the merch they acquire.

HC already has discussed this with some artists to commission some pieces and have a cost basis we're working within to make sure multiple high quality pieces are available to the community while also working within budgetary restrictions of the DAO.
