5 eth community BGK Summer giveaway

Proposal: Allow HC access to 5 eth to sponsor a BGK Summer giveaway. Various methods of giveaways are planned and summary will be posted below. Idea behind is to generate some fun and excitement amongst the community as end of summer bash.

Announcement tweet/advertising for August will be as posted below: BGK Summer Blowout!

• In order to promote BGK and reward current and future holders, HC will giveaway a series of prizes totalling 5 eth (~$8000)!
• 50% of prizes (2.5 eth worth) will be up for giveaways for EVERY bgk and bgp that was purchased from June 1 - August 31! (every purchase is one entry)
• remaining 50% of prizes (2.5 eth worth), as well as a few surprises, will be up for giveaway to current BGK holders. These prizes will be rewarded through various games and trivias held throughout the month of August, mostly in the Bubblegum Kids discord and via HC twitter. Be sure to join discord and say hi and follow both the main BGK twitter and HC twitter if you haven't already!

Goal: generate excitement and buzz amongst community and on socials utilizing community wallet to reward community
