Title Spend 5 ETH on $APE in advance of the Otherside

Abstract Convert 5 ETH of the Community Wallet into $APE and purchase land in the Otherside when and if possible.

Motivation We believe the Otherside will become a premier metaverse, and want to ensure Bubblegum Land exists beyond the Sandbox.

Our hunch is that $APE is likely to be needed for the purchase of the land.

Steps to implement 1/ On approval we will convert 5 ETH into $APE 2/ On launch of the Otherside we will purchase land with the $APE

NB if the land is sold in ETH we will convert the $APE back into ETH and use this for the purchase.

Timeline Immediate for the conversion from ETH to $APE.
