What Needs to Be Done

To transition to the new unit, we propose the following steps:

1. Limit the fundraising amount for the current project to $150,000 (reducing the total number of tokens issued from 3,900 to 3,000).

2. Complete the fundraising for the new amount.
   The total may already be collected by the time of the vote.

3. Close the purchase agreement through the existing DAO LLC immediately after the funds are raised.
