Rescue tokens to be utilised for promotional campaigns

This proposal is to outline a governance authorisation for the use of unclaimed tokens from the recently concluded Airdrop to the GOLD community.

The proposal requests the use of the rescue tokens for specific initiatives aimed at increasing BINGO visibility and adoption.

Implementation: Develop and execute promotional campaigns across various channels (social media, forums, engagement with influencers) and utilise rescue tokens for giveaways, contests, or other promotional activities to attract a wider audience.

Implementation: Delegate to the BINGO core contributors, power to allocate as they see fit the rescued tokens.

By implementing these proposed initiatives, we aim to leverage rescue tokens strategically to benefit the Bingo Community. This governance proposal seeks your approval for the allocation and execution of these initiatives.
