Stop BSW emission for BUSD pairs

Currently, Biswap is incentivizing several BUSD pairs across V2 and V3. There is no demand to trade BUSD since Paxos (BUSD issuer) ceased minting new BUSD and ended its relationship with Binance.

Binance has also stopped all support for BUSD, so there is no need to waste BSW to incentivize low liquidity and low-volume pools with the inactive stablecoin BUSD.

The community wants the Biswap team to stop BSW emission to pools listed below:

Biswap V3: BNB-BUSD (0.08%) USDT-BUSD (0.015%) CGPT-BUSD (0.08%)

Biswap V2: BNB-BUSD IGU-BUSD GHNY-BUSD ALPACA-BUSD USDT-BUSD TMT-BUSD BUSD-GQ
