BIT Delegation Test Run 02/02

This snapshot proposal allows BIT delegates to check their BIT delegate status and BIT voting power.

After the test-run has closed at the end of the day GMT on February 2, 2023, you will be able to unlock the BIT Delegate role in the BitDAO and Mantle guilds.
