BLIP3: Tokenholder Veto

BLIP-3 has been approved by the Progress Council.

Executive Summary:

This proposal seeks to replace Santiago R Santos (@santiagoroel) with Zora (@ZoraWeb3 1) on the Blast Foundation’s Progress Council in accordance with Section 7 of the Foundation Bylaws. Zora is already a valuable advocate and regular contributor to the Blast ecosystem, and this proposal aims to formalize his position to further leverage his influence and thought leadership.

Motivation:

Zora’s deep engagement and support for Blast make him an ideal candidate to provide strategic guidance and bolster the ecosystem’s governance.

Proposal Details:

Zora has demonstrated strong advocacy for Blast and actively contributes to the community. His inclusion in the Progress Council would formalize his efforts and bring a well-respected community member onto the Progress Council.

Implementation:

Upon approval, Zora will replace Santiago R Santos with a smooth transition to ensure continuity.

Associated Costs:

Standard council compensation applies as set forth in the Foundation Bylaws.
