To successfully bring a product to market, you need to face many challenges. It is essential for the team to hear external expert opinions, to find the most optimal path.

BACKGROUND

An advisor who understands the nuances of the DeFi market can help clients make informed decisions about whether or not solutions fit the project, and how they might ultimately help or hinder them from achieving their development goals.

MISSION & VALUES ALIGNMENT

An important priority for Bolide will always be to create a reliable system that will bring breakthrough solutions to the DeFi market. This is an ambitious and difficult goal to achieve, but we can cope with it.

SCOPE OF WORK

After receiving the approval of the proposal, follow these steps:

• Search for suitable experts
• Conclusion of a contract
• Sending the necessary data to the Advisory Board
• Implementation of the proposed solutions

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS

Evaluating all the potential costs of the advisory board, we request the following actions:

1. Allocate 1 625 000 $BLID tokens from Team wallet with 9-month lock-up period

2. Allocate 20 000 000 $BLID tokens from Team wallet with a year lock-up period and 2 years of vesting
