Tokenomics Proposal 1: BAS Token Tax Reduction

Dear Apes, following on from our recent token success we would like to present a proposal to reduce the BAS token tax from 5% to 4% in order to welcome more new apes into our ecosystem.

The division of the tax allocations shall remain the same as they currently are, with 50% to LP farming and 50% to marketing and development.
