Lion DAO Constitution Ratification

This vote will ratify the new Lion DAO constitution that governs our DAO, Blockchain@Columbia student organization, and the Blockchain at Columbia Inc 501 (c) (3) non-profit.

This vote also links Lion DAO to our New York incorporated non-profit (soon to be federally incorporated) Blockchain at Columbia Inc.

This vote requires 20% of LION holders to participate and will pass/fail once there are 51% of votes for either option.
