How should our Community Rewards be converted every month?

We would like to have the community vote on the logistical process in which we convert our mining and royalties after we have concluded our monthly allocations vote each month. Especially as it pertains to New BTC miner hardware acquisitions. The BMC Team wants you all to have a say in how we approach this through a simple, two option vote.
