Should we delay the Hash Bot Mint?

Ballot: Delay the HASH Droid Mint due to Market Conditions 🗳️ Will go live on Snapshot 5/11/2022 (Today) @ 4pm PST

The reason for this proposal is to address the topic of the market conditions and how it could potentially negatively affect our mint. To make things VERY CLEAR, the BMC team is absolutely ready on all fronts to deploy all of these new assets on the dates set forth. The only reason for this proposal is due to many responses we have received from community members and connections in the space in regards to the current state of the market and the adverse effect it is having on projects' mints. We have watched as countless good projects really suffer through their minting process and wanted to take a step back and assess what our options are here.

After reaching out to the community, it became evident very quickly that moving the Rocket Pass mint is likely not the best move for a couple reasons. 1.) Moving the date anything over a certain amount of time would mess up the amount of rockets that would potentially get made (inflate the number), so we would likely have to increase the Rocket Pass Hash Price. This would also mean we would have to send all Rocket Pass winners (600 HASH) an additional amount of HASH each. 2.) We do not need for their to be a HUGE amount of rocket passes, it is almost better that there are less of them in circulation. That way we can likely add cooler utility to them. 3.) This allows our community and select collabs on our Mars List to determine the initial supply of HASH Droids which are free to mint with a Rocket Pass.

So What Are We Voting on Then?

We believe keeping the rocket pass mint dates the same makes the most sense:

May 16th - 18th: Rocket Pass Mint for 600 HASH Token (72 Hour Period) May 19th: Rocket Pass Mint for Eth (24 Hour Period)

The date we can potentially delay is the HASH Droid Mint

Right now the HASH Droid Mint is set for May 26th This would be the date that all of our Rocket Pass Holder get to Free mint their HASH Droids (plus gas). It will also act as the day our Public Sale will go live.

Proposal: Do we Push out the May 26th Hash Droid Public Sale? (Pros and Cons)

Pros:

• We would get some time to allow the market to potentially recover. Allowing some potential confidence and liquidity to re-enter the market.
• This would actually allow us a second window of opportunity to lock down new collabs and even button some up that we have already started to make strides with. We could even create another WL opps for these communities on these HASH Droids.
• Rocket Pass Mint Day is not affected in any way and our holders will get a leg up holding the Rocket Pass.

Cons:

• Delay the Mint of the HASH Droids meaning everyone with a Rocket Pass will have to wait additional time to get their HASH Droids.
• Some could argue that we could lose momentum heading into the Public Sale of the HASH Droids Note: If the dates are kept the same, there is a 6 day gap between the last Rocket Pass mint day and the Public Sale of the HASH Droids anyways.
• Market has no guarantee of recovering, it could also get worse before it gets better.
